We know how uncertain Pre-Orders on a new website can be, so to help ease your mind, we have outlined how our pre-orders work. 

Pre-ordering will reserve your unit, but also give you the option to cancel if you change your mind at any point in time. Once you Pre-order a printer, your card will not be charged until 2 weeks prior to the expected shipping date. If international shipping issues arise, (lead time takes longer than expected, your card authorization expires, etc.) will we contact you for payment ~2 weeks prior to new ETA.
