Neither Resins3D.com nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Resins3D.com web site or the products or services offered for sale on the Resins3D.com web site. Resins3D.com and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by Resins3D.com or its Associates shall create a warranty unless prohibited by law in your province.

Under no circumstances shall Resins3D.com or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Resins3D.com web site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Resins3D.com web site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.

Governing Law

Agreements of purchase and sale is governed exclusively by and construed exclusively in accordance with, the laws of Ontario, Canada and litigation will be brought only in that jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability:

Resins3D.com’s maximum liability in connection with the Purchase and Sale Agreements of commercial goods and services will be the final sale price of the order. In no event will Resins3D.com be liable to purchaser or it’s representatives, or any third party for an incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with the order.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Resins3D.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and paid for. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Resins3D.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Your particular financial institution may have different policies of when the credit is transferred back to you.

Order Validation

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order and process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Resins3D.com web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations

Resins3D.com reserves the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

Resins3D.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Resins3D.com also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us.

Termination of Use

Resins3D.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Resins3D.com web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Resins3D.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Resins3D.com web site at any time without prior notice.

Personal Information Requests

Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, we may request proof of identity from first-time customers making a 3D printer purchase over $1,000. We will only request verification of the information you have already provided to us. If you are unsure about a request, you can call us at 905-799-1133 or e-mail us at sales@resins3d.com.

Resins3D.com does not request credit card information from customers via email or telemarketing. If you are contacted via email or by a telemarketer requesting your personal credit card information on behalf of Resins3D.com, DO NOT RESPOND. These requests are not from Resins3D.com.
