IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?  

Yes, we have free shipping set as the default for any order over $125.  The service is tracked Canada Post Expedited and we insure the package up to 50% of the value of the package. For a fully insured solution, please look at our affordable Flat Rate Insured options. We recommend that large, expensive 3D printers be shipped under the flat rate shipping method. Some provinces are excluded from this offer at certain price levels.

Some items are excluded from free shipping because they require complex shipping options. This will be indicated on the product page. You can contact us for an estimated shipping quote. If you purchase these products we will contact you with the shipping cost before finalizing your order.

WHAT DOES YOUR FLAT RATE SHIPPING MEAN?

Resins3D.com uses flat rate shipping to subsidize shipping and insurance costs to you.  3D printers are a heavy item and we have arranged specialized 3D printer insurance policy with our carriers so while the shipping costs are high, our customers are fully protected no “ifs and buts”.  We cap the costs to you depending on the weight class of the printer you purchased and we subsidize all shipping and insurance costs beyond the flat rate.  All 3D printers ship via FedEx Standard/UPS/CP Expedited/Purolator and the average shipping cost for Large 3D printers with full insurance is around ~$80-300 but we cap it at $15-50.

WHAT SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING AND WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?

Resins3D.com generally ships all in stock orders out by the next business day.  It gives us time to verify all the shipping and payment details and gives us enough time to package each shipment carefully.  3D Printers ship via Canada Post Expedited / Fedex Ground or other courier equivalents.  Usual delivery time is 1-4 business days.  Parts and Resin orders will ship out via Canada Post Expedited with usual delivery times around 1-5 business days except when purchased with a 3D printer in which case we may choose to bundle with a courier shipment.  (some delivery standards may not apply during the Covid Pandemic)
